Croom Macra hits a high note on stage!!
What a wonderful night the Limerick Capers team had last Friday at Rossmore Theatre, Co. Cork. It was a practise event for their national semi final, which will take place this Saturday at Ovens.
They received excellent feedback and thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Every single member shone like a true star on the stage. The performers are Lisa Cahill, Steven Fitzgerald, Caroline, Cuddy, Ger Lenihan, Daniel Casey, Carmel Begley, Aoife Leahy, Shane Cahill, Kieren English, Anna Holland, Sharon Power, Sinead Leahy, Kenneth Lenihan, Tadhg McKerring and Yvonne Daly. Thank you to all our supporters who travelled the long distance down to Rossmore. A special thanks to Seamus O Connell our sound techie… a brill job. Well done.
Well done to Sharon Power and Liam Mulachy who represented Limerick on Saturday evening in the South Court in the National Impromtu Public Speaking National Semi Finals. They really did a great job and congrats. Well done also to all the organisers. It is always an honour to host a national semi final. Thank you to all the supporters who attended the event.
Well done to the Kimallock Men’s Soccer team who represented Limerick last Sunday in the National Finals.

County Round of Debating on Friday 23rd of January – more than likely in the
woodlands. The topic is ‘The Irish Government should actively discourage citizens from shipping across the border’. Shannonside are proposing it and Croom are opposing it.
County Fundraiser Table Quiz on in Lena’s Bar Adare on Thursday 29th January,
the winning Macra team will represent limerick in the National Question Time.
County Round of Blue Jeans, Queen of the Land, Rose of Tralee , Miss Macra and Mr Personality on Friday 6th February in Golden Vale Kilmallock.
