Learn To Dance

Learn to Dance, Ireland’s leading dance company, are delighted to announce our programme of classes for the Limerick area. We will start to run dance classes in two venues in Limerick, Castle Oaks Hotel, Castleconnell and Lynch’s South Court Hotel off the Raheen Roundabout. Our new term will  start in CastleConnell on Weds 3rd Sep and in the South Court Hotel on Thursday 4th Sep.
Dance classes are a sure way to get fit, funky and burn fat fast! Our classes are open to all ages, men and women, and are very popular amongst both girls and boys.
We offer classes range from Latin American (Salsa, Cha Cha, Jive, Samba & Rumba) to Hip Hop and Ballroom.  The company also offers funky fitness classes taught through dance and is aimed at people looking for a good workout and who may find the idea of going to the gym a bit of bore. All beginner level classes use basic movements, routines can then progress to an advanced stage so there is always a reason to return!
For kids- Hip Hop dance class is high energy street movement as seen in your favorite music videos by artists such as Justin Timberlake and Usher to the hottest R&B, Pop and Hip Hop music. Hip Hop emphasizes body movement and rhythm. It’s enjoyable and fun; many of the children go on to enter competitions and have the opportunity to go into pantomime and take things more seriously.
For the adults- think about the Strictly Come Dance Class from jumpin’ Jive to the sultry Salsa, to the cheeky Cha-Cha, Learn to Dance can show you how to dance in eight easy and enjoyable lessons.

Learn to Dance is an Irish company owned and run by the renowned choreographer Niall Newman. Niall has trained, taught and adjudicated professionally worldwide in countries such as Russia, Italy, France, Siberia, Spain and the UK.
Niall says the talent of the pupils in the region encouraged him to start up dance classes. He also says “The company’s growth nationally is a direct result of our ability to take the fear factor from dancing and make it enjoyable. Dance for fitness is an exciting move in the right direction; my aim has always been to promote dancing in a fun manner so even if you have 2 left feet you can benefit from the exercise and co-ordination. This is not to say that there are no serious dancers, I am always on the look out for good talent.”
We have over thirty locations throughout Ireland and all our teachers have been trained professionally and are ready to bring out the best in you.
